Phaedra Bullock-Tate

October 1964 - April 2026

Born in Kingston Jamaica, Phaedra excelled at her studies throughout her school years and earned her degree in Medical Technologies before marrying and emigrating to Canada in 1993.

Once settled, she continued her education to become a Certified Nurse by profession, and later became a Personal Support Worker as well; through both she found great personal fulfilment.

While she further aspired to one day become a doctor, she had also always remained a devoted member of her church. Over the last decade she spent much of her time participating in Christian fellowship, and leading community initiatives for disenfranchised communities as a devoted deaconess at her local church for 7th Day Adventists.

Phaedra is survived by 2 daughters, 6 siblings, and her mother. Countless cousins, nieces and nephews in North America, the Caribbean and the United Kingdom also feel her loss. She was predeceased by her grandmother, her father, and her auntie & uncle.
